Return & Refund Policy

At HARVAA, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, a product might not be exactly what you expected. We strive to make your return and refund process as smooth as possible.

Return & Refund Window:

You have 3 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or refund. After 3 days, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products from certain categories like personalized/customized items, intimate apparel, or perishable goods may be exempt from being returned due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check product descriptions carefully.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund process:

Please include the following information in your message/email:

  • Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item, not as described, changed mind).
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including providing the return shipping address (which may be different from our business address, as items are shipped from our suppliers).


3. Shipping Returned Items

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 7-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway).
  • If Rejected: Reasons for rejection may include the item not being in its original condition, missing parts, or being returned after the 7-day window.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8147035947 or [Your Email Address Here], and we will guide you through the process.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) via WhatsApp at +91 8147035947 or [Your Email Address Here]. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or a full refund, typically without requiring the return of the damaged item.


7. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items (Examples)

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items (e.g., if sealed packaging is broken)
